After a resume review and phone screen with a recruiter or hiring manager, candidates selected for an interview receive facility tour to put them at ease and familiarize them with the surroundings. Depending on the role and level of position, the candidate will meet an average of eight employees during the first round of the interview process.
Second round and sometimes third-round interviews may add an additional eight to 16 interviewers. It is important to us that the candidate receives a realistic job preview, and we mutually assess fit to role, culture and objectives. Our hiring process incorporates Six Sigma through a unique accountabilities matrix that defines specific roles for hiring team members.
